What is included in my Free Trial?
Your 14-day Free Trial includes all the functionality of the paid version plus an unlimited number of Team Members.
Can I add or remove Team Members during my Free Trial?
Yes. You can easily increase or decrease the size of your team at any point during your Free Trial. Once you convert to a paid subscription, you will be charged $12 per month for each registered Team Member.
Can I use my Weave account for more than one accreditor?
No. A Weave account can only be used for one accreditor and for one program or institution. You can have multiple accounts and easily switch between them within your user profile.
What does the base subscription fee include?
The base subscription has a monthly fee of $24 and includes one Admin user, full functionality, and unlimited storage and support.
How often can I add Team Members?
Team Members can be added at any time for $12 per month. If a Member is added mid-subscription term, the fee will be prorated and charged in full during the next regular billing cycle.
What forms of payment do you accept for paid subscriptions?
We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank transfers via a secure payment gateway.
